"Reception Centre, the cultural and historical heritage of the Amur Region," was an autonomous national institution

According to "Turipmu in Russia" in the government press service of the Amur region, the decision was taken by Vice-Governor of the Amur Martsenko Victor signed. Based on this document, the Ministry of Culture and the Archive of the area will be the founder of a new institution. It also instructed the Secretariat to all provisions for the establishment to comply with the above, notify the creditors in order to change the status of national institutions to develop and adopt the Charter of the mean and a package of documents for review and inclusion in the land registry of the Ministry of Property Relations of the region to offer. Financing of autonomous public institution is in the form of grants from the regional budget in conformity with the objectives of the Ministry of Culture and Archives of the area.
